  1.  Download the "Glass Card" app on your phone. Click here for Android or here for iOS. 

  2. Login or create a new account. 

  3. Click the STAR icon on the bottom tab. 

  4. Click "Enter Access Code". 

  5. Input the access code found on the back of your card.
